Larry Urquhart practices in the areas of criminal law, real estate, litigation, probate and estate planning, and banking law. He represents juveniles and adults charged with misdemeanor and felony criminal offenses. He also represents individuals and a variety of banks and other companies in commercial litigation and other matters. He counsels and prepares documents for banks, companies and individuals regarding the sale or lease of property. He also prepares wills and other estate planning related documents, and handles probate matters. Larry advises banks and other businesses concerning legal issues involving operations and employment matters.
