Laura Upchurch practices in the areas of litigation, probate and estate planning, trusts and guardianships, business and corporate law, and real estate law. She represents clients in federal, state and county courts, contested probate, trust and guardianship matters, commercial and consumer litigation, personal injury litigation, and other areas of law. She is experienced in representing executors, administrators, beneficiaries and creditors in both complex and simple estate administrations and probate proceedings, and in representing individuals in trust administrations and guardianship proceedings. She also prepares wills, trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare advance directives, and other related documents. She counsels businesses about legal issues involving contracts, sales and leases of assets, operations and employment matters. She also counsels individuals and companies and prepares documents regarding real estate leases, contracts, sales, purchases, title matters and rights of property owners, landlords and tenants.
