Milton Tate practices in the area of real estate, wills, probate and business transactions. He has handled hundreds of sales of homes, commercial property and farm and ranch properties, from the simple to complex. He counsels clients concerning the sale of their property and the purchase of property and prepares all documents from the necessary earnest money contract through closing. He counsels clients concerning their estates and prepares wills, powers of attorney, and other related documents. He handles the probate of simple estates, as well as larger, more complicated estates requiring the filing of federal estate tax returns and state inheritance tax returns. He counsels clients concerning the sale of their business, handles the transaction from the beginning through closing, including preparing all necessary documents and working with the client’s CPA and other professional advisors.
