Steven Haley has extensive experience in commercial, residential and farm and ranch real estate transactional and litigation matters. He advises and prepares documents for both individuals and businesses regarding leases, contracts, sales, purchases, title matters and rights of property owners, landlords and tenants. He also represents businesses and individuals in agricultural, commercial, contract, and real estate litigation as well as other areas of law. He has first chair trial experience in federal, state district, and county courts. He also is the author and proponent of real estate and agricultural statutory and constitutional provisions in Texas and a frequent speaker on a variety of real estate and litigation topics across Texas.
